Teleconference/In-Person Planning Commission Meeting Information for the June 11, 2020 Meeting
TELECONFERENCE/IN-PERSON PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING INFORMATION FOR THE JUNE 11, 2020 MEETING
City officials request that all citizens who wish to view the June 11th Planning Commission meeting watch via live stream on the City of Scappoose’s website to view the meeting from home. Social distancing is essential in reducing the spread of COVID‐19. The City is using technology, in conformance with the Governor of Oregon’s Executive Order No. 20‐16, to make meetings available to the public without increasing the risk of exposure.
Please use the following option to view the meeting:
Live Stream on the City of Scappoose website: http://scappoosecityor.iqm2.com/Citizens/default.aspx. Once on this page, look for the Planning Commission meeting date of June 11, 2020, then click the “video” link, located to the far right of the meeting date.
If you wish to attend the meeting in-person, please contact City staff at 503-543-7184 by Wednesday, June 10th at 5 pm. Staff will need to arrange the chairs in the room to ensure distancing is maintained.
Please note that the Planning Commission will be hearing a limited land use application on June 11, 2020, which does not permit verbal testimony; however, written comments are permitted by June 10, 2020 at 5 pm. Emailed comments may be submitted to the City Planner at loliver@cityofscappoose.org or dropped off in the drop box located in the City Hall lobby at 35568 E Columbia Ave, Scappoose.
