**New Businesses only** Business license applications can be mailed with payment to Scappoose City Hall, 33568 East Columbia Avenue, Scappoose, OR 97056 or dropped off. To pay via card or e-check go to ; Online Payments | City of Scappoose Oregon.
Renewals for 2026 ~ Effective for 2026 (MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW)~ The City of Scappoose has partnered with License Registrar to modernize and streamline business licensing. Please visit https://licenseregistrar.com to create an account and then create a new business license to submit your business license online.
The City of Scappoose is new on License Registrar, and all businesses will need to create a new business license in the system to submit to the City for approval. Do so by selecting the +License A new Business option from the dashboard after login. Once approved, each year a renewal will take place, and any new information can be modified or updated. Even if you have a current or old business license, this new site requires you to create a new license (select +License A new Business ) form to fill out and submit up-to-date information and properly classify your business type.
