A MESSAGE FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
Welcome to the City of Scappoose’s Public Works Department webpage. First let me say that it is an honor and a privilege to serve the community of Scappoose. The Public Works Department is charged with the important mission of maintaining the streets, parks, drainage systems and utilities – which can often be an around-the-clock job to ensure the comfort and safety of residents and businesses. We are proud to build and maintain the infrastructure and services that serve as the foundation for our community.
