Notice of Informational Public Hearing on Proposed Advance Finance Reimbursement District
The City of Scappoose has submitted an application to the Public Works Department, per SMC 3.20.030 and 3.20.040, to establish an Advanced Finance Reimbursement District to include Tax Lot 3S2W01D001600, located near the intersection of West Lane Road and Wagner Court. This District would have no immediate impact on the property, but it could trigger future costs when the property develops.
The City of Scappoose will hold an Informational Public Hearing on the Proposed Advanced Finance Reimbursement District, per SMC 3.20.050. All affected parties and the general public shall be given the opportunity to express their views pertaining to the proposed Advanced Finance Public Improvement. City Council has the sole discretion after the Public Hearing to decide whether an Advance Financing Resolution shall be adopted.
The Hearing will be held at Scappoose City Hall in the Council Chambers, 33568 E Columbia Ave., Scappoose, OR 97056, on October 1, 2018, at 7:00 pm.
