City Council to hold a Public Hearing to Consider an Ordinance for the Adoption of proposed Scappoose Urban Renewal Plan

The proposed maximum indebtedness for the Scappoose Urban Renewal Plan is $37,000,000. The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum.
