WEST LANE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT

Project Overview

The City of Scappoose is requesting sealed bids from contractors qualified and interested in constructing the West Lane Road Widening Project. The improvements will include roadway widening including curbs and sidewalks, piped storm water conveyance system with water quality treatment and detention facilities, paving, signing and stripping, fire hydrants, landscaping and additional incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. 

The project is anticipated to start approximately on August 21, 2017 and reach substantial completion by November 20, 2017, with a contract end date of April 27, 2018.

Owner Reservations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.

Proposals and Selection Process

Sealed bids clearly marked “WEST LANE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT” must be receive by Susan Reeves, City Recorder, by 2:00 pm on July 28, 2017 at the address below.  A public bid opening will be held at this location at 2:00 pm.
