Conditional Use Application can be found at the bottom of the page.  Required submital items will be listed on the application.

PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED;

• A Pre-Application conference is required.  Please complete the Pre-Application for then submit it with payment to our office.  Staff will then reach out to you to set up the Pre-Application conference.

DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY MEETING

• If you have several questions about the Pre-Application process or the Conditional Use application and process then we recommend our DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY MEETING as your first step.  This meeting will give you and/or your team an hour with our City Planners and City Engineer to discuss your proposed project and how it can meet our development codes and design standards.  The Inquiry Meeting fee will be applied towards your Pre-Application fee if the Pre-Application is received within 6-months of your Development-Inquiry Meeting date.  These meeting are available in-person or virtual.
