Development Code Text Amendment Application

Before you can submit the application, you must first attend a Pre-Application meeting to discuss the application process, receive the relevant Development Code approval criteria and Comprehensive Plan Goals and Policies your application must be in conformance with, and to receive any other comments from City staff or agency partners that pertain to your request. As a preliminary step, you can also apply for an Inquiry Meeting for higher level questions if you are not quite ready to submit for a Pre-Application meeting yet.
