Pre-Application Conference & Checklist

The application for a Pre-Application meeting is below.  The submittal requirement checklist is listed within the application. You will need to ensure all items are checked off and within the packet to avoid any delays in your review.  Incomplete submittals will need to be picked up.

Once we receive your completed submittal with payment ($750), we will reach out to you to schedule the meeting date.  Incomplete applications will result in delays.

NOTE:

If you have several questions about the Pre-Application process or our Site Development Review process, we recommend our DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY MEETING.  This meeting with give you and/or your team an hour with our City Planner and City Engineer to discuss your proposed design and how it can meet our development codes and design standards.  The Inquiry Meeting fee will be applied to your Pre-Application meeting if the Pre-Application is received within 6 months of your Inquiry meeting date.  Meeting are available in-person or virtual.
