Property Line Adjustment Application

A PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED;

A Pre-Application conference is required before the Application will be accepted.  Please complete the Pre-Application document and submit it with payment to our office.  Staff will then reach out to you to set up the Pre-Application conference.  Link to pre-application can be found in menu bar to the right.

DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY MEETING

If you have several questions about the Application or the process then we recommend our DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY MEETING.  This meeting will give you and/or your team an hour with our City Planner and City Engineer to discuss your proposed project and how it can meet our development codes and design standards.  The Development Inquiry Meeting fee will be applied to your Pre-Application fee if the Pre-Application is received within 6-months from your Development Inquiry meeting date.  These meeting are available in-person or virtual.   The application can be found in blue menu bar to the right.
