Site Development Review Application

To view all the Scappoose Land Use Development Codes, go to blue menu bar to the right then click/select "Development Code". Scroll down to Ch. 17.120 Site Development Review.

Before you can submit a Site Development Review application, you will 1st need to submit either a Development Inquiry Application or the Pre-Application. Link to both applications can be found in the blue menu bar to right.

• DEVELOPMENT INQUIRY is required if you have several questions about the city's Site Development application or approval process. 
  • This gives you and/or your team an hour with our City Planner and City Engineer to discuss your proposed design. 
  • Fee is $260 which could be applied to your Pre-Application if the Pre-Application documents are received within 6 months of your meeting date. 
• PRE-APPLICATION meeting is required prior to submitting your Site Development Application.
  • All items of your Site Development items are ready for submittal. 
  • Staff and area partners are invited to review your proposal for any design flaws.
