Reservation Information

To make reservation for one of the City's Parks please submit a request online. For questions, please contact Susan Reeves at sreeves@scappoose.gov or 503-543-7146 x250. Reservation requests are reviewed during regular business hours, requests received after hours and on weekends will be reviewed on the next business day.

A permit is required for gatherings, parades and/or procession events consisting of 50 or more persons which are to travel or use in unison or for a common purpose, any City street, City park or City property and which use does not disturb the normal or usual traffic regulation or control thereof. The granting of a permit does not guarantee the applicant the use of a City park as a City park cannot be reserved. City parks are strictly on a first come/first served basis. Our City Parks are for the enjoyment of all people on a first come, first serve basis. As a courtesy, the City provides a Park Reservation Calendar, however, this does not guarantee the space will be available as the City will not enforce the reservation. You are responsible for marking an area as reserved, although while doing so, please be sure not to damage, nail, or staple anything to any of the structures. Thank you!
