INVITATION TO BID FOR DUTCH CANYON PRODUCTION WELL
CITY OF SCAPPOOSE
INVITATION TO BID FOR
DUTCH CANYON PRODUCTION WELL
The City of Scappoose (“City”) invites sealed bids from qualified firms to perform well drilling and construction services, as set forth in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) which can be found on the City’s website www.ci.scappoose.or.us.
This project includes the drilling, construction and testing of a production well at the City of Scappoose’s Dutch Canyon well site. The location of the existing Dutch Canyon well is shown on Figure 1 (of the bid document), and the water well log is included. The City of Scappoose has noted declines in the production capacity at the existing Dutch Canyon well. This scope of work includes the completion of a replacement production well. The existing well (and well house) will remain at the site, and the original well will be used as a backup water.
City will receive sealed bids from qualified firms at Scappoose City Hall, 33658 East Columbia Ave., Scappoose, Oregon 97056 until 2:00 pm local time, on June 16, 2017. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No electronic or facsimile bids will be accepted. Use of UPS, Federal Express, or in-person deliveries are the recommended method of submittal at this location. U.S. Postal Service mail may be unreliable for timely delivery to this location.
Mailed or hand delivered bid proposals submitted after this time shall not be accepted. The proposals shall be addressed to:
