Sealed proposals for the Keys Road Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement Project for the City of Scappoose will be received by Susan Reeves, City Recorder at the City of Scappoose at 33568 E. Columbia Avenue, Scappoose, Oregon 97056 until the BID CLOSING at 2:00 PM, local time, on the 2nd of November 2021. No bids will be received after the BID CLOSING time. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms will be received at the above-mentioned location and date, until 4:00 PM, local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read at Scappoose City Hall - Council Chambers at 2:00 PM.
