NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, based on a review of the bids received on the above referenced Invitation to Bid, that the City of Scappoose intends to award the contract to Clark & Sons Excavating, Inc. with a bid of $567,219.12 as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
