Open House for E. Columbia Ave and Surrounding Neighborhood
TO: Residents of E. Columbia Ave and Surrounding Neighborhood
RE: Open House for E. Columbia Ave. 30” Sanitary Sewer Construction
DATE: October 29, 2019
WHERE: Scappoose City Hall, Council Chambers, 33568 E Columbia Ave., Scappoose, OR 97056. The entrance is located near the back-parking lot of City Hall.
WHEN: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
The City and Tapani Inc. will be hosting an Open House at City Hall to discuss the E. Columbia Ave. 30” Sanitary Sewer Construction Project. The existing sewer line from Bird Road to the Sewer Treatment Plant at the Public Works Shop is in need of capital improvements. This includes upsizing and installing a new sewer line and connecting the existing private sewer laterals and trunk lines. The construction will be phased, and project details along with a project schedule will be on display with City Staff and contractor representatives to explain how and when the construction will happen. Please feel free to drop by and voice any concerns you may have.
