STREET SWEEPING NOTIFICATION

CITY OF SCAPPOOSE ~ STREET SWEEPING NOTIFICATION

The week of November 9, 2020, Public Works Crews will be doing Street Sweeping. Our primary focus will be on streets that have curbs because those are the ones that have catch basins that could become clogged and cause flooding. Please note that our crews may have to respond to an emergency and may not make it. This schedule is subject to change as necessary to provide the best service possible. Please have any vehicles, trashcans or any other items that may obstruct access moved clear.

All curbed streets on the Southwest side of Highway 30 will be done on Monday, November 9, 2020,

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All curbed streets on the Northwest side of Highway 30 will be done on Tuesday, November 10, 2020,

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

City Offices closed, November 11, 2020 in observance of Veterans Day

All curbed streets on the Northeast side of Highway 30 will be done on Thursday, November 12, 2020,

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All curbed streets on the Southeast side of Highway 30 will be done on Friday, November 13, 2020,

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

PLEASE DON’T PUT YOUR LEAVES/YARD DEBRIS IN THE STREET BECAUSE IT CAUSES EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS.
