This State of Emergency shall last so long as the COVID-19 virus poses a threat to our City or December 30, 2020, whichever is less.

The Emergency Resolution stipulates that the City of Scappoose government offices remain closed to walk-in customers, except by appointment.

This includes:

  • Scappoose Police Department lobby
  • Scappoose Community Development Center

Online Payment options for Scappoose Municipal Court Fines, Utility Bills and other City services can be found at https://www.ci.scappoose.or.us/cityhall/page/online-payments.
