WEST LANE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT

Project Overview
The City of Scappoose is requesting sealed bids from contractors qualified and interested in constructing the West Lane Road Widening Project. The improvements will include roadway widening including curbs and sidewalks, piped storm water conveyance system with water quality treatment and detention facilities, paving, signing and stripping, fire hydrants, landscaping and additional incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. 

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 PM on June 23, 2017. Meet at Scappoose City Hall.  Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to participate in the walk through of the project at West Lane Road. 

The project is anticipated to start approximately on July 31, 2017 and conclude on, or before October 27, 2017.

Proposals and Selection Process
Sealed bids clearly marked “WEST LANE ROAD WIDENING PROJECT” must be receive by Susan Reeves, City Recorder, by 2:00 pm on July 12, 2017 at the address below.  A public bid opening will be held at this location at 2:00 pm.
