Stormwater Master Plan RFP 2020-02

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- the City has cancelled the optional pre-proposal meeting. Please submit any questions you have via email by the due date outlined in the RFP and the City will post answers on their website; and
- the City will accept electronic submissions of proposals. Please send proposals to Susan Reeves and Alexandra Rains, sreeves@cityofscappoose.org, arains@cityofscappoose.org, by 3:00 pm on April 6th.
Services Overview
The City of Scappoose is requesting proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing professional engineering services to the City for a Stormwater Master Plan Project. The previous Storm-Water Master Plan was completed in 1998, thus necessitating the need for this project. The Master Plan will identify modifications or additions necessary to address predicted future needs for surface water collection, treatment and storage. The planning period for the Master Plan is 20 years.
The City anticipates that services will begin on May 5th, 2020.
