WASTEWATER SOLIDS STORAGE ARENA PROJECT

Project Overview
The City of Scappoose is requesting sealed bids from contractors qualified and interested in constructing the Wastewater Solids Storage Arena Project. The project includes constructing a steel gable symmetrical high span rigid frame building. 

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on August 16, 2017. Meet at Scappoose Public Works, 34485 E. Columbia Avenue, Scappoose, OR 97056.  

The project is anticipated to start approximately on September 25, 2017 and conclude with on, or before November 30, 2017.

Owner Reservations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.

Proposals and Selection Process
Sealed bids clearly marked “WASTEWATER SOLIDS STORAGE ARENA” must be received by Susan Reeves, City Recorder, by 2:00 pm on August 29, 2017 at the address below.  A public bid opening will be held at this location at 2:00 pm.
