Application Hours
The Community Development Center which includes the *Building Dept., *Planning Dept. and *Engineering is open Monday - Thursday 8am- 5pm (closed for lunch 12:00-1:15pm).
CDC lobby is CLOSED EVERY FRIDAY. Limited staff is available by phone or email.

ALL FRIDAY DELIVERIES MUST GO TO CITY HALL.
City Hall is open to the public Monday - Friday 8am-5pm located at 33568 E. Columbia Ave., Scappoose, OR 97056.
OREGON EPERMITTING
The Scappoose Building Dept. uses Oregon ePermitting. Please create your ePermit record first then upload your plans (if plan review is required). Building Dept. staff will advise if hard-copy plans would be required for your plan review.
